I want to watch this movie in the cinema, but in the end, I didn’t make it. I bought the dvd recently and watched it few days back.

Kung Fu Dunk is full of special effect, just like Shaolin Soccer, but it’s basketball related. Jay Chou is the student from the Kung Fu School. He got kicked out from the school and met Eric Tsang accidentally. Eric Tsang became his manager and made him to be a basketball player. He became famous since he used his Kung Fu during the basketball match. However, He only has the action and no tactic. He started to get trained and has improved himself. Want to know what is happening next, then you must watch this movie.

For those who missed the movie in cinema like me, go get the dvd and watch it. It’s entertaining and touching on some of the part. Nice movie and it’s recommended!

Another disappointed movie. I thought it will be a nice one but turn out it’s not what I was expected.

In Alaska, there will be one month with no sun, means 30 days of nights. On the last day, many who cannot live without the sun move to another state. Weird thing starts to happen. The dog get killed at first, followed by the people in the town. The killer is like a vampire to me, they suck blood as well. They can run very fast and keep on killing the people in the town. In the end, the main actor inject the blood of the so call “vampire” (I don’t know how to call them), and become one of them. He manage to kill the leader of the “vampire” and sacrifice his life.

To me, I think Wrong Turn, 28 Weeks Later or even Jeepers Creepers are much more better than this movie. Luckily, I didn’t go to the cinema to watch it. It will be a waste of money.

I watched Jumper on DVD. Previously, I planned to watch this movie in the cinema since the trailer seems very exciting and interesting. However, I was disappointed.

The storyline was not that good. The movie begins with a young boy found out that he can teleport from one place to another place. When he grows older, he starts to teleport to bank, get the money for his own use and he lives in a luxury apartment. There is one day, he found out this special power is not only owned by him. There are others who have the same power as well. At the same time, there is a group of people called paladin. They are the one who wants to kill all the jumpers. They think that all the jumpers are the bad guy and need to be killed.

Basically, the whole movie is interesting because of the special effect. but it’s too simple and the storyline is weak. If you have the time, you can watch it. If not, you can just skip this movie and go for a better one.

I bought quite a number of DVDs last week, movies and series. It’s been a while I never did that. I have so many DVD that I want to buy, but normally I will control myself for not buying them.

That day, I went to One Stop for the Popular Clearance Sales. I didn’t buy any books from Popular since I cannot find the book I want. Besides, the queue is so damn long! I just went inside and moved one round and came out empty handed.

I headed to the DVD shop on the 1st floor. I bought the Dual Layer DVD for transformers. The sound effect was great! There is another DVD shop selling the DVD at RM10 for 3. I bought The Mist, P2 and Jumper. I was not dare to buy more because I scared the quality is not good. I’m very particular on this. After tested at home, I was very satisfied. The quality was good.

The next day, I went again, brought Wantan there. I bought 2 series and 3 movies this time. Series that I bought is the old TVB series. The 3 movies are Kung Fu Dunk by Jay Chou, 30 Days of Nights and The Eye.

I don’t have time to watch yet, I will post the review after I watch it.
